About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in psychodynamic therapy and psychoanalysis. My work focuses on helping individuals deepen self-awareness, uncover unconscious patterns, and find relief from challenges such as anxiety, emptiness, or difficulties in relationships. I received my master’s in social work from Columbia University and completed advanced postgraduate training at The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy.

Many of my clients appear outwardly successful but feel a sense of disconnect or dissatisfaction internally, often unsure of why their lives don’t feel as fulfilling as they might expect. They come to therapy seeking clarity, purpose, and more authentic connections with themselves and others.

With curiosity, compassion, and a deep commitment to understanding your unique experience, I offer a space where your thoughts, feelings, fears, and desires can be explored openly. I listen closely, not just to what is said but to what lies beneath the surface, to foster insight and help you create lasting, meaningful change.
